Gentlemen,

With reference to the letter of the Colonial

Secretary dated 13th March, 1918, I am directed by the Commodore to inform you that your vessel

is requisition, and will be brought under the Hongkong Liner Requisition Scheme from the date of the first complete dis- charge of the vessel nearest the 15th April, 1918, or, in the event of the operation of loading and discharging overlapping, on a date to be agreed on all the date of such discharge.

In connection with the requisition of your vessel a supply of Forms B is herewith for the purpose of intimating the actual dete on which the requisition take effect.

I am to request that you will forward one of these forms for each vessel at your early convenience.

I am also to request that you will kindly for- ward to me, as Secretary to the Shipping Control Committee, the valuation of your vessel for War Risk Insurance purposes and also the vessels commitments.
